Rental conditions:
- The rental rates are per week. By mutual agreement, it is possible to book a different period, such as 10 days. In high season the minimum is a week.
- Prices include final cleaning, electricity, reception and use of bed linen and towels.
- Smoking in the house is not allowed.
- A deposit of € 250 is required; it will be refunded after a final check by the house manager upon departure.
